Many factors go into determining the true cost of owning capital infrastructure. In 1997, ACPPA surveyed more than 100 utilities from across the United States and Canada and found that concrete pressure pipe has consistently experienced lower maintenance costs than competitive products. The results can be found in the Pipeline Operations and Maintenance Cost Study, below.
